Privacy
How this website handles information.
What this website is
This is a marketing and informational website for bnp. There are no accounts and no logins. There are no forms that send information to bnp. The website does not take payments and does not ask for payment details.
Cookies and storage
The website sets no cookies and keeps nothing in your browser’s local storage. It loads no advertising or social-media trackers and no third-party scripts, fonts or embedded content. The copy buttons place text on your clipboard only when you press them.
Planning a payment
The payment planner runs in your browser. When you move on to the contact page, your choices travel in the page address so that the page can show them as a short brief. You copy the brief and share it yourself. The website does not send the brief to bnp, and bnp does not store it. If you share that page address with someone, they can see the same choices.
Contacting the team
Contact happens through services you choose: your email service, Telegram or WhatsApp. The links open those services and may prefill a short subject line or greeting that you can edit. What you send from there is carried by that service under its own terms and privacy policy, which bnp does not control. The team uses what you send to continue the conversation with you.
Performance and error monitoring
The website can send a small amount of technical measurement to a monitoring service. This is off unless bnp configures it. In this deployment it is switched off.
When it is on, it runs for about one in four visits, chosen at random, and never when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. It records how quickly pages load and respond and how stable their layout is, browser errors by their type and their position in the website’s own script files rather than by their message, and a few named events: a page view, choosing a payment option, selecting a contact channel, and whether the 3D scene started, failed, changed quality or was paused. Each record carries the website’s release version.
A random identifier groups the records of one visit. It exists only in memory, is never saved in your browser, and is gone when you close or reload the page. It does not identify you by name. Page addresses are reduced to the page name: anything after a question mark, including planner choices, is removed, and pages outside this website’s few routes are reported as other. Each visit sends at most 120 records. The requests carry no cookies or credentials. There is no session replay and no recording of what you type, copy or send.
The monitoring service receives these requests as any web server receives a request. It is run by a third party under its own terms.
Website operation
Like any website, the server that delivers these pages may keep technical logs for a limited time to keep the site running and to investigate faults. bnp’s hosting configuration is designed to limit those logs to technical details such as the page requested, the response status and timing, and the software release, and to leave out request headers, visitor addresses and anything after a question mark in the address.
Changes
This page describes the website as it is built. It may be updated when the website changes.
