The Truth And More Hard Evidence In The Extortion Lies

May 29, 2010 in Countering the Smears by The Webmaster

Browsing through the comments of the latest outrageous lie and smear story against me, I feel I am left with little option but to respond as this sick game the leadership are playing is putting my life at risk by way of a hate campaign being whipped up against me.

Some people are really believing their lies and that puts me and my family at risk from physical attack from some of the more extreme members in right wing circles, which I believe is exactly what Nick Griffin & Co have intended. I knew they would do this and I also knew how dirty, cowardly and bitter they would fight against me, which is precisely why I took precautions to protect myself and be in a position to counter the lies and threats I now face.

When things were coming to a head with this breakdown between myself and the leadership I started recording my calls with the key personnel involved for clarity and to secure both myself and the truth from the expected hate campaign. Whether you agree with this action or not, I have held it back from the public until such time as my hand was forced to clear my name from allegations of theft, extortion, deception and worse. I feel that my decision to record these calls is now justified by the leaderships’ dangerous and erratic behavior.

How Simon Bennett Tried to Extort £22,000 From BNP Member Donations

Disgraced former British National Party webmaster, traitor and far-leftist collaborator Simon Bennett tried to extort £22,000 of BNP members’ money — and when these outrageous demands were not met, he closed down the BNP website, effectively sabotaging the online election campaign.

Listen to the recording below and judge for yourself whether this is anywhere near close to extortion. As you will hear for yourself a deal was made and we would “shake paws” after I had spoke with Paul Golding. However, Paul quibbles over money, locks me out of my own ticketing system and Arthur starts downloading the entire server contents without an agreement being finalised.

Bennett now tells anyone who will listen that he stands for “truth, honesty and integrity” in the BNP. In fact, his own record shows that his behaviour is the very opposite.

That’s exactly what I stand for.

Bennett was paid over £30,000 per year — with money raised by Jim Dowson (!) — to build the technical infrastructure of the BNP website.

No, I was paid £2,300 per month (x 12 = £27,600 per year). However, out of that I had to buy all my own software, plugins, scripts, flash files, templates, programs (that Kemp tried to steal) in addition to all hardware, running costs and overheads. My net income last year was £10,000 before tax. The server fees were invoiced for and paid separately. No profit was made on server costs.

It is worth noting that Bennett did NOT provide any of the content or articles. This was done by Arthur Kemp, who is not on the party payroll.

This is important because it was the content, NOT the appearance, which drew people to the BNP website.

That’s right, I never did produce the poor quality regurgitated tabloid news content, or the blatant spin stories posted to cover-up other peoples’ mistakes or inability to perform, that was purely Arthur Kemps’ fault. Arthur was being paid on a license agreement to run Excalibur where he constantly whinged that he never made enough money. It was Kemp that made the profit on the Abex badges and lied to people that all proceeds went to Abex / servicemen. See screenshot below.

As for the content being responsible for the websites’ success, perhaps that is why the site stats are now in free-fall. See image below.

In spite of this, Arthur Kemp was not put on any commission on traffic/donations/membership transactions through the website — but Bennett was.

The exact nature of Bennett’s commission basis was that he would earn 2.5% of all financial transactions put through the BNP website – even though he was not responsible for the large number of readers.

This offer was made in writing to Bennett in October 2009 (it is reproduced below).

Bennett accepted this offer and eagerly took the first payment of £500, based on the percentage upon which he and Jim Dowson had agreed.

As explained previously, I was put on commission by Jim Dowson in October 2009 but NEVER CLAIMED A PENNY OF IT. They have accused me of begging for commission, blackmail and extortion – I wish they’d get their story straight! The £500 payment was paid into my account WITHOUT AN INVOICE and without me asking for it or knowing anything about it. Anyone smell a trap here? ( a really poor one)!

This however, was not enough for the greedy traitor Bennett, and he demanded a total of £12,000 commission in fees and what he called his “intellectual copyright.”

Traitor, greedy, crook, spy, mole, extortionist, blackmailer, red, rat, scum. Anymore? I agreed on the commission owing to me that I previously had no intention of claiming for until this all happened. It’s business – not extortion, and it’s fair given the circumstances and facts.

When it was pointed out that this was not accurate, Bennett accused the BNP of cheating him.

Nonsense.

The BNP told Bennett that he had been paid in excess of £30,000 per year to build the website.

A meeting with Simon Darby and Nick Griffin at the Masons Arms, Camelford took placeback in October 2007. At this meeting I was persuaded to give up my career and start a three-way limited company with them which involved setting up a network of websites that earned money via advertising but also became a political tool when needed? That is what I came on board to do and it was made clear to me that the main party site was out of bounds and I would never get to do that. Until of course, the Sadie Graham affair and they had no choice but to turn to me. I was asked to provide a basic WordPress site, which I did without pay or without a contract. I was then paid from then on for my time, not my work, software, hardware or design rights. The three-way business soon got forgotten about once the website started raking in donations and memberships.

Furthermore, the party told him that under no circumstances would the party call upon its members to pay him AGAIN for a website for which he had already been well-paid to build.

They agreed to pay commission but couldn’t agree a figure, then got caught stealing the site and my software (Actinic Developer for example cost me £1,799). When a commission figure couldn’t be agreed, I offered to make it simple and just call it a £12,000 “fee” and they get the lot. They wanted it all for free and then set out to destroy me.

In retaliation, Bennett then closed down Nick Griffin and Andrew Brons’s EU websites. Bennett has held onto these domains and demanded a further £5,000 EACH for these websites, even though the BNP had ALREADY PAID HIM IN FULL for that work.

Nick’s idiotic (and failed) injunction ordered me not to touch, tamper or do anything with NickGriffin.eu. That was impossible whilst still live so we both AGREED to shut it down. Andrew Brons’ website has always remained live and still is today. I was paid nothing to register, build or maintain these websites, where is their evidence or the invoice to show otherwise. It simply does not exist!

In other words, Bennett has attempted to extort a total of £22,000 from the BNP’s funds for websites WHICH HE HAD ALREADY BEEN PAID to build.

I think I’ve proved that to be a total lie already.

This gangster type extortion should tell all readers what they need to know about this disgraceful money-grubber Bennett, and reveals his claims of “honesty and integrity” to be the hypocritical lies which they are.

Replace “Bennett” with “Dowson / Griffin” and that is the only honest statement they’ve made!

Where Now?

Ideas welcome

Following Mr Griffin announcing his retirement as BNP leader in 2013, it is prudent to sit back and reflect on what has been said, and, more importantly, what hasn’t been said.

In an interview following the ‘Way Forward’ conference, the chairman stated that he would initiate constitutional reform regarding the leadership model. He flatly rejected the elected directorate approach. This isn’t surprising given Mr. Griffin’s experience of this system in previous parties.

The chairman did not say that he would support the bisection of the combined leader-chairman role. In fact, he disparaged what he described as the ‘two powers in a house’ system, but went on to assert that the party must amend the constitution to relieve the stress that the current system places on an all-powerful chair. The current model was fine for a party that had no elected officials, let alone a chairman with a demanding role in the European parliament. It is far from adequate for a serious political party in the 21st century.

I’m going to simplify the situation and say that we are now situated at a fork in the road.

Path A: We await the announcement of a leadership challenge, which will occur between the 20th July and the 10th of August. When a candidate(s) announces his/her intent to challenge the incumbent, we throw our weight behind the candidate in return for guaranteed reforms – details of which can be explored in the coming weeks.

Path B: Continue with the open, constructive criticism and discussion in the – one might say vain – hope that the party hierarchy listens and acts on the concerns of the members and supports. Develop a consensus on the reforms needed to take the party to the next level. These discussions could include, and go beyond, the following; policy reform, constitutional reform and ideological reform.

Path C: Do nothing. The chairman is leaving. Job done.

Path A & B are workable in tandem. Both require a great deal of thought to formulate a general scheme of reforms. We have had economic and ideological articles provided just within the last two weeks, this is vital if we are to provoke discourse that will aid the generation of ideas. If you want to see reform, please submit your contribution to the scrutiny of your fellow reformists.

In any case, owing to the nature of the constitution regarding leadership challenges, it is unlikely that our favourite candidate would unseat Mr. Griffin, but maybe this could be used as an opportunity to demonstrate the strength of feeling, and the popularity of reform, by a candidate campaigning on a reformation ticket. If, or when, our candidate fails, we will be left with a clear gauge of our support, more importantly, so will the hierarchy.

The party has long been without a think tank; maybe we can fill the breach.

Path C is everything to the supporter who believes that the current chairman is the only problem the party has. In any case, it is wise to consider that 3 years in politics is so long that it resembles geological time. We may arrive in 2015 with a party that is only reformed cosmetically, and the task before the party reaches new levels of immensity with each passing year.

Discuss.

The Goon Squad Arrive!

May 17, 2010 in Latest News by The Webmaster

At 4:00pm the much anticipated and expected BNP Goon Squad arrive unannounced to collect the website database (a CSV & XML file on a usb stick).

Roy Cook (Plymouth PPC) knocks on the door laughably trying his hardest to look like “Maverick” out of the film Top Gun, whilst two huge bald men stand guard at my front gate.

Roy’s request to come in and talk “BNP Stuff” is flatly rejected and his statement / threat that I’d better give them everything or they’ll be back is met with an open invitation to return any time he likes.

Stating he may just do that and with the USB stick in hand the three of them walk off into the sunset.

Nick Griffin could have sent a courier or just one local member to collect the USB stick. I will leave it to your imagination as to why he chose to send Roy Cook with two of the biggest and most intimidating blokes he could find, that deliberately parked their car out of sight.

If that was designed to scare me, it failed miserably.
