In a laughable attempt of another smear story, Arthur Kemp (the man behind the blogspot set up solely to smear me) has concocted yet another desperate effort to smear my good name. He does so without having the courage to put his name to the blog or articles he publishes as he knows I would tear him to shreds in a court of law.
Let me ask you, if one word of what they say is true, why don’t they put their name to their accusations or indeed take the legal action they threaten? Internal investigation my foot!
Notice also how every single article he produces starts with the opening “Disgraced former BNP webmaster, trouble causer and far-leftist collaborator”.
This is a typical tactic from Arthur taken straight from the propaganda of Mein Kampf” – a book he worships. It is designed to keep repeating a smear over and over until it sticks in the mind and associates those words with my name.
So, let’s dissect and destroy their nonsense shall we;
Disgraced former BNP webmaster, trouble causer and far-leftist collaborator Simon Bennett was under internal party investigation for obtaining money by deception from BNP members just prior to his treasonous behaviour, it can be revealed.
Far from disgraced – only smeared and lied about. Far leftist collaborator? The evidence is where? Internal investigation – release the evidence then. As for treason and deception, put your name to the post if you dare and we’ll see who is right in court.
The internal investigation centred on Bennett’s “Association of British Ex-Servicemen,” (ABEX) a non-BNP organisation set up by himself and fellow traitor Peter Mullins in England’s South West.
Actually, Abex was a front organisation for the BNP invented by Nick Griffin and run on no less than three prior occasions and failed each time. I was tasked with setting up a website for it and soon found myself inundated by media requests for radio and TV interviews and received no support from the party whatsoever.
The “ABEX” organisation’s website was used by Mullins to promote Bennett to the BNP and it was on the strength of that website that Bennett was given the job of webmaster.
Partly true, Arthur Kemp loved the Abex site and insisted I take over the main party website after they had removed Steve Blake.
Questions were raised at the very beginning over what the point of ABEX was, especially as it claimed to be raising money for “British ex-servicemen” returning home from Iraq and Afghanistan.
Spot on. Only it was me that raised these questions. Abex made no such claims, it was a support organisation and never once claimed to raise money for troops under my control.
Critics pointed out that ABEX was no more than just Bennett, Mullins and a website. It was not a registered charity, had no financial records and yet was raising funds by piggybacking onto the BNP website.
This is where your smear is going to collapse as I have FULL ACCOUNTS and will publish later. Oh dear, never thought this one through, did you Arthur?
In fact, ABEX was so much of a one-man-and-a-dog show that Bennett complained that he did not have the time to run the “organisation’s” website as well, despite heavily promoting it on the BNP website.
Critics were increasingly uneasy over the fact that Bennett and Mullins were also selling blue spitfire badges based on the website’s header design, also claiming that “all proceeds raised” were going to “British ex-servicemen.”
No such claims were made by me – please provide the evidence. Try this for a start: http://web.archive.org/web/20080412062101/www.abex.org.uk/?p=99 (We are pleased to announce that our Abex Blue Spitfire motif enamel badges have landed. There are limited numbers and are a snip at £2.95 including postage. Place your orders below. ).
The blue spitfire badges sold by Bennett and Mullins with “all proceeds going to British ex-servicemen” — a blatant lie. Bennett pocketed all the cash raised, including all money paid to him by Excalibur.
These badges became quite popular, and Bennett eventually sold a large number at full price to Dave Joines, then managing dicrector of Excalibur, at the old Deeside unit.
I made no claims, but here’s the funny bit; I sold almost the entire stock of badges to Arthur Kemp (who ran Excalibur), I sold them to him for £1.60 each inc postage. Arthur then made the claim on HIS website that the proceeds went to ex-servicemen and made a profit for himself and the BNP. He also sold them for £4.95 each and laughed at me when I said he was taking the p!ss. Oh dear, Arthur, keep digging!
Here is the Abex purchase invoice for all 250 badges:

Here are the PayPal sales for 6 badges sold from the website:
Abex-Badges PayPal Records
Here is the Invoice from Abex to Excalibur for 164 Badges:
Abex – Excalibur Invoice
This makes a total of 170 badges sold, which leaves 80 unaccounted for. However, anyone joining Abex was given a FREE badge and we had around 50 members. The remaining badges were given away, and the broken or unsold five or six remain sat in my desk drawer today. Quick, call the serious fraud office!
The badges were then advertised on the Excalibur website as “all proceeds going to British ex-servicemen” as Bennett had been paid in full and had given the undertaking that this was indeed the case.
Thanks for confirming that for us all, Arthur. However, I made no such undertaking. Again, please provide the evidence.
It has now transpired that NONE of this money went to “British ex-servicemen” and that the considerable Excalibur cheque for the hundreds of badges was cashed DIRECTLY INTO BENNETT’S PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT.
Uh oh… another epic fail. The entire stock of badges made no profit, but a small loss as the EVIDENCE above shows.
After an astute and long-time ABEX critic pointed this gross deception out to the BNP, an internal investigation which included researching the old Excalibur bank account records, proved that Bennett had indeed stolen the money for his personal use and that not a penny of the funds raised had gone to “British ex-servicemen” as he had so blatantly lied.
Astute? LOL. Abex was a BNP sideline dreamed up by Nick Griffin to get sympathy from service personal for the party. It was never a fund raising entity or for profit. I was tasked with setting up a website for it and had the entire organisation dumped on my lap. Can we see these “old” Excalibur accounts by the way?

Was this “Astute Long Time Critic” the Green Arrow by any chance?
The badges — and original packet — in which Bennett sent the blue spitfire badges to Excalibur to sell on his behalf. Bennett was paid in full upfront by Dave Joines, then MD of Excalibur, for these badges on the basis that the funds were going to “British ex-servicemen.” Bennett pocketed the cash instead.
Out and out lie. They were sold to Arthur Kemp and he knows it. Notice how the author of this smear states it was Dave Joines, knowing full well that it was Kemp. Perhaps this is because Kemp is the man behind the smear and wants to remain anonymous. Coward! As for paying me directly… Yes, that’s right… seeing as I paid for the badges from my own account and Abex never had a bank account. DOH!
The BNP investigation had just run its course and Bennett was to be formally charged with theft and deception by a BNP tribunal when he “picked” a fight with Jim Dowson and the party — making the allegation that Jim Dowson was taking money from the party.
Charged with theft and deception? Hahahahaha… PLEASE, PLEASE continue with this charge, I really can’t wait. I will humiliate you and you know it, hence why no such charges will be bought.
Bennett, however, was the only one stealing members’ money, and it is now obvious that his most recent allegations are merely an attempt to divert attention away from his own theft of BNP supporters’ money.
Stealing members’ money? Exactly how? What nonsense and you know it. Abex made no profit. Answer my recent allegations with facts – not more desperate smears.
It seems likely that Bennett caught wind of the impending charges and this is most likely the reason why he quickly closed down the ABEX website before attacking the BNP.
The Abex site was shut down over a year ago as I was sick of having to run it single handed with no support from the idiot that created it. I did not want to be the man that ran Abex – just the website, but like everything in the BNP it was done on a whim without ant real thought, support or direction. I washed my hands of it for those reasons.
All BNP supporters who purchased these blue spitfire badges are encouraged to contact Bennett and Mullins and demand an explanation and their money back. The BNP will also provide assistance for anybody seeking to lay criminal charges against those persons.
I beg ALL SIX PEOPLE that bought a badge to contact me immediately for a refund if you want one (£15.90 total). Also contact Arthur Kemp and the BNP for their refund of the ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY badges he sold under false pretences at a whopping profit, and for assistance in taking me (or him) to court or to lay “criminal” charges. Arthur only states this to make his smear look respectable and believable, you will receive no support from them.
Please, I urge everyone to call their bluff so I can humiliate them some more.
I will end with this challenge to Arthur “Coward” Kemp; Put your name to your smears, you coward. You know I will tear you to shreds with the facts in court, that’s why you don’t have the guts, honour or integrity to post in your own name. Call yourself a man? You are low-life and a coward of the highest order. Keep the smears coming, every one will backfire on you and you are digging yourself into a very deep hole.
It’s all very well hiding behind an anonymous blog based in the USA and making wild, untrue allegations Mr Kemp. Try backing them up you scumbag – take me to court – I dare you!
There is another pathetic smear on this amateur blogspot by Arthur Kemp, but this one is really not worthy of my time or a response as all allegations have been answered and evidenced here; http://yourbnp.com/2010/05/21/nick-griffins-failed-high-court-injunction-against-simon-bennett/
